I have spent the last two days trying to find out what I have to do to keep our fax going. Telstra will not help. Let's hope no kiddies die as a result.

I have a cable ultimate 500gb cable plan running on a telstra router (netgear CG3100D) bridged to my Asus RT-N16 router, running Toastman. I have not changed any settings except turning off the Telstra wireless and NAT (bridge mode) and running everything from the Asus (wireless, dhcp etc). Telstra should be ashamed to provide speeds which are less than ADSL on a cable plan and not been able to figure out the problem. I have now started seeking information form technical forums as I am convinced that the more intelligent people are the ones not employed by Telstra and i might be able to solve the problem via these forums.
